8 oz rotini pasta

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (store-bought rotisserie works great!)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup croutons

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
