2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prep the Chicken: Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps achieve a crispy exterior.

    Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

        Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

          Air Fry: Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

            Rest and Serve: Once done, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Slice and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
