Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, cut into wedges

Optional: salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Prep the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp: Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when done.

Warm Tortillas: While the shrimp is cooking, you can warm the tortillas. You can do this in a skillet over low heat, or you can wrap them in foil and place them in the air fryer for the last 2-3 minutes as the shrimp finishes cooking.

Assemble Tacos: Once the shrimp is cooked, take the tortillas out and place a handful of shredded cabbage on each tortilla. Top with a portion of the shrimp, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.

Serve: Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side and optional salsa, sour cream, or hot sauce for drizzling.
