Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Brown the Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Continue cooking while stirring frequently until the butter foams, then turns a golden brown color and develops a nutty aroma, about 4-6 minutes. Be careful not to burn it! Remove from heat.

Prepare the Glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together the browned butter, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Arrange the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with the brown butter honey glaze, ensuring each piece is well coated.

Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).

Add the Finishing Touches: Remove the salmon from the oven. Drizzle any remaining glaze over the top and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve: Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top before enjoying.
