Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cooked and shredded pulled pork
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • coarse sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 24 squares, each about 3x3 inches.
  • Grease a muffin tin and press each square of dough into the tin to form cups.
  • Mix the cream cheese with chopped green onions and place a spoonful in each cup.
  • Add the BBQ pulled pork mixture on top of the cream cheese in each cup.
  • Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the pretzel cups.
  • Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of each filled cup.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
