  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned, draining excess fat.
  • Move the beef to one side and add the remaining oil, then sauté minced garlic and grated ginger for 30 seconds.
  • Add broccoli florets and stir, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, beef broth, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
