Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese (or American cheese for authenticity)

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1 cup Big Mac sauce (see below for homemade version)

For the Big Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt to taste

Instructions

Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the rest of the wraps.

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, breaking the meat apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess fat if needed.

      Assemble the Wraps:

        - Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.

          - Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on the tortilla.

            - Add a layer of cooked ground beef in the center, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheese.

Fold the Wrap: Starting from one side of the tortilla, tightly roll up the wrap so that the filling is securely enclosed. Tuck in the edges as you roll to maintain the shape.

Grill the Wraps (optional): If desired, heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat and place the wrapped seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through. This adds a nice texture.

Slice and Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Big Mac sauce for dipping. Enjoy your delicious, homemade Big Mac Wraps!
