1 pound of ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced ripe tomatoes

1 cup dill pickles, sliced

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons yellow mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon sweet relish

1 teaspoon white vinegar

Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet, heat over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Once fully browned, stir in the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Continue cooking until well-seasoned and fully cooked (about 7-10 minutes). Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside to cool slightly.
