Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

4 strips of crispy bacon, crumbled

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 avocado, diced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.

    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
