1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup sliced strawberries

1/4 cup toasted walnuts (or pecans)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the fresh baby spinach and sliced strawberries. Toss them gently to mix.

Add the blueberries and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. Be careful not to squish the berries.

Sprinkle the toasted walnuts and sliced red onion on top.

Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad. Start with half and add more to taste.

Season with salt and pepper, depending on your preference.

Toss all the ingredients together gently, ensuring everything is coated with the vinaigrette.

Serve immediately on individual plates or a large platter, garnished with a few extra blueberries and feta if desired.
