Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and ketchup. Stir until smooth.

Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.

Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.

For an extra burst of flavor, fold in some chopped fresh herbs if desired.

Transfer the sauce to a clean jar or container, cover, and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve as a dipping sauce for shrimp, chicken tenders, or veggies, or use as a zesty dressing for sandwiches or burgers.
