12 oz bow tie pasta (farfalle)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1 cup bell peppers (red and yellow), diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water. Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, and red onion. Place them in a large mixing bowl along with the sliced black olives.

      Mix the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the pasta is cooled, add it to the bowl of vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, and gently toss to combine all ingredients evenly.
