1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 3 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.

      Sauté Onion: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and sauté the diced onion until they become translucent (about 4-5 minutes).
