Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons brown sugar (light or dark, based on preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Fresh fruits for topping (bananas, berries, or apples)

Optional: Nuts or seeds for added crunch

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until all ingredients are well mixed.

Pour the oat mixture evenly into two jars or airtight containers with lids.

Seal the jars and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours) to let the oats soak up the liquid and flavors.

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If you prefer a creamier texture, add a splash of milk.

Top with your choice of fresh fruits and a sprinkle of nuts or seeds if desired.

Enjoy your delicious Brown Sugar Overnight Oats straight from the jar or transfer to a bowl for a cozy breakfast.
