  • 1 loaf artisanal sourdough bread
  • 8 oz fresh burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves roughly torn
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons high-quality extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
