2 large chicken breasts, diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup spinach leaves, chopped

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add olive oil to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Cook the Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

      Prepare the Cheesy Mixture: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
