2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

    Lay out the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface or a large platter.

      Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Make sure to leave some space around the edges for easy wrapping.

        Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves on top of the cheese mixture, and if desired, sprinkle some diced tomatoes for added freshness.

          To wrap the tortillas, fold in the sides, then roll from the bottom up tightly. Ensure the filling stays in as you roll.

            In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

              Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute. Then, slice each wrap into halves or thirds, and garnish with chopped green onions.
