  • 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts thoroughly drained and diced
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 large round sourdough or artisan bread loaf
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the finely chopped spinach and diced artichoke hearts, followed by the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well combined.
  • Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Cut out the center of the round bread loaf to create a bowl.
  • Spoon the prepared dip into the hollowed-out bread bowl, smoothing the surface.
  • Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

  • Serve the dip cold with bread pieces, crackers, and vegetable sticks.
