  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons loose black tea
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4-5 whole cloves
  • 4-5 pods cardamom
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
