8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a bit of the pasta water if necessary.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Stir in the BBQ sauce and ranch dressing, mixing well until combined. Allow the sauce to simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

        Add Cheeses: Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.

          Combine: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, followed by the cooked fettuccine. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
