2 cups elbow macaroni

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 cup honey

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken thighs, seasoning them with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.

      Add Honey: Drizzle the honey over the cooked chicken and stir well, allowing it to caramelize slightly for about 2-3 minutes.

        Make the Cheese Sauce: In a separate saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat. Gradually whisk in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more cream or a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

          Combine Everything: In the skillet with the honey pepper chicken, add the cooked macaroni. Pour the cheese sauce over the macaroni and chicken, stirring to combine all the ingredients well.
