Ingredients
  

3 cups rotini or fusilli pasta

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup frozen peas, thawed

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini or fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

    Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, black olives, red onion, and thawed peas.

      Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

        Combine: Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables, mixing gently until everything is well coated.
