1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 large cucumber, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped red onion.

    Add the crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley to the bowl, mixing gently to incorporate.
