1.5 lbs ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups wide egg noodles

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and transfer the beef to the slow cooker.

    Add the diced onion and minced garlic directly to the slow cooker with the cooked beef.

      Pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir everything together until well combined.

        Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 2.5 hours.

          About 30 minutes before serving, add the egg noodles to the slow cooker. Stir gently to combine, re-cover, and allow to cook until the noodles are tender.

            Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

              Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
