Ingredients

200g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced

200g egg noodles

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

2 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook Noodles: In a large pot of boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare Pork: In a bowl, marinate the thinly sliced pork with soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes for flavors to meld.

Sauté Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced red bell pepper and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set them aside.

Cook Pork: In the same skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the marinated pork to the skillet, spreading it out evenly. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the pork is browned and cooked through, stirring frequently.

Combine Ingredients: Once the pork is fully cooked, return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your Easy Spicy Pork Noodles!
