  • 2 sheets thawed puff pastry
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Flour for dusting
  • Optional: sesame seeds or poppy seeds for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the puff pastry sheets.
