2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas or wraps

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup low-fat ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly in the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Start by adding a layer of chopped romaine lettuce, followed by the sliced grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrots, and a drizzle of low-fat ranch dressing. If desired, sprinkle on some shredded cheese for added flavor.
