Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup mixed olives green and black, pitted and finely chopped
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • for dusting flour

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • In a bowl, mix chopped olives, cream cheese, feta, parsley, basil, oregano, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  • Fold the corners of each square toward the center and pinch to seal.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
