Ingredients
  

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced red onion (optional)

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Special Sauce:

    - In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

      - Mix well until smooth and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

        Cook the Ground Beef:

          - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

            - Cook for 7-10 minutes, breaking the meat apart with a spatula, until fully browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if necessary.

              Assemble the Wraps:

                - Lay out a flour tortilla on a flat surface.

                  - Spread 2 tablespoons of the special sauce on the tortilla.

                    - Add a quarter of the ground beef mixture in the center, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, pickles, tomatoes, and red onion if using.

                      Wrap It Up:

                        - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.

                          - Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.

                            Serve:
