  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Wash the baby potatoes under running water and pat them dry.
  • Cut larger potatoes in half for even cooking.
