1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Add the steak bites and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.

    Prepare the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a drizzle of olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

      Sear the Steak Bites: Remove the steak from the marinade (reserve the marinade for later use) and sprinkle the cornstarch over the steak bites. Toss to coat evenly.
