Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together hot honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and gently toss to coat each piece with the marinade. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the marinated salmon in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly caramelized on the edges.

Remove from the oven, and drizzle any remaining marinade over the bites for added flavor.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
