Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, finely chopped, for garnish

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cut the Salmon: Chop the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are uniform for even cooking.

Marinate the Salmon: Add the salmon bites to the bowl with the marinade, gently tossing to coat. Allow the salmon to marinate for about 15-20 minutes for better flavor absorption.

Bake the Salmon: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up. Arrange the marinated salmon bites on the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the salmon.

Cooking: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

Garnish: Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds for an added crunch.

Serve: Serve immediately while warm, either as an appetizer or over a bed of rice or salad.
