Ingredients
  

1 package (12 count) slider rolls or Hawaiian rolls

1 pound thinly sliced salami

1 pound thinly sliced pepperoni

1 pound thinly sliced ham

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup banana peppers, sliced

1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Rolls: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

      Layer the Meats: Layer the salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Follow with the sliced banana peppers and roasted red peppers.

        Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded provolone and mozzarella cheese generously over the meat layers.

          Prepare the Top Half: Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using). Brush this mixture over the top of the slider rolls.

            Bake the Sliders: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

              Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing along the seams to separate the sliders.
