Ingredients

1 prepared chocolate cookie crust (9-inch)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened

1 cup whipped topping

1/4 cup chocolate syrup

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped macadamia nuts and sweetened coconut flakes. Set aside.

In a separate large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the vanilla ice cream, creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until fully combined.

Stir in the macadamia nuts and coconut mixture, reserving a small amount for topping.

Carefully spoon the filling into the prepared chocolate cookie crust, spreading it evenly.

Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate syrup over the top, creating a marbled effect with a knife.

Cover the pie and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Before serving, replace the pie from the freezer for 15 minutes to slightly thaw.

Top with reserved coconut and macadamia nuts, and add extra whipped topping if desired. Slice and serve cold!
