Ingredients
  

1 lb ground sausage (spicy or mild)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 jalapeños, diced (remove seeds for less heat)

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

        Stir in the cooked sausage, diced jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture until everything is evenly coated.

          Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.

            Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese on top is bubbly and golden brown.

                Once done, remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, if desired, for garnish.
