Instructions
Blend the sliced kiwis and fresh lemon juice until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, discarding pulp.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
Fold the strained kiwi-lemon juice into the whipped cream gently.
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes and pour in cold or sparkling water.
Spoon the kiwi-lemon cream mixture over the ice and water.
Garnish with fresh kiwi slices and a lemon wedge on the rim.
Serve immediately to enjoy the refreshing flavors.
