Ingredients

1 pound flank steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, onion powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).

Marinate the Steak: Place the cubed flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to overnight for maximum flavor).

Preheat the Skillet: Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil to coat the bottom of the pan.

Cook the Steak Bites: Remove the steak from the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Place the steak bites in the hot skillet in a single layer (you may need to do this in batches). Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Transfer the cooked steak bites to a serving platter, and sprinkle with sliced green onions and fresh cilantro before serving.

Enjoy: Serve these flavorful marinated steak bites hot as an appetizer or alongside rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
