Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed orange juice and lemon juice, stirring gently to mix.
Gradually add the honey to the mixture, stirring until it is completely dissolved.
Pour in the water and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Incorporate the grated ginger, fresh mint leaves, and the zests of both the lemon and orange into the pitcher, mixing thoroughly.
Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
After resting, strain the drink through a fine mesh sieve into another pitcher to remove the ginger and mint leaves.
Serve the refreshing drink over ice cubes in tall glasses, garnishing each with slices of lemon and orange, along with a sprig of fresh mint.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave syrup.
