Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 large slices provolone cheese for wrapping
  • to taste fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add ribeye steak, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cooked steak, sautéed vegetables, softened cream cheese, and half of the shredded provolone cheese. Mix until creamy.
  • Place a slice of provolone cheese on a clean surface and spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the steak mixture onto the center. Roll tightly.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Arrange roll-ups seam-side down and sprinkle remaining provolone cheese on top.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
