Ingredients

12 slider buns

12 slices of ham

12 slices of turkey (or chicken)

12 slices of Swiss cheese

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter (for greasing the skillet)

Powdered sugar (for serving)

Raspberry jam (for dipping)

Instructions

Prep the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half (top and bottom) and set aside.

Layer the Ingredients: On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer one slice of ham, one slice of turkey, and one slice of Swiss cheese. Place the top half of the slider bun back on.

Make the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Soak the Sliders: Carefully dip each assembled slider into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak for a few seconds on each side to absorb the flavor.

Cook the Sliders: Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the soaked sliders (in batches if necessary) to the skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Bake for Final Touch: Once cooked, transfer the sliders to a baking dish and place them in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese further and to keep them warm.

Serve: Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with raspberry jam on the side for dipping.
