Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

4 oz sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean, flat surface. Separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cubes, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly coat the cheese and pepperoni with the seasonings.

Place a generous tablespoon of the mozzarella and pepperoni mixture at the wider end of each triangle of dough.

Roll the dough from the wider end towards the pointed end, creating a crescent shape that encloses the filling. Pinch the edges to seal.

In a small bowl, beat the egg to create an egg wash. Brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the egg wash for a golden finish.

Place the rolled croissants on the prepared baking sheet, spaced apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed up.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Serve the mozzarella pepperoni croissant rolls warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
