Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup pepperoni slices, chopped (or mini pepperonis)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Dough: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface. Separate the dough into triangles along the pre-scored lines.

Mix the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Assemble the Rolls: Take one triangle of dough and place a generous spoonful of the cheese and pepperoni mixture at the wider end. Roll the triangle up tightly, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point. Pinch the edges to seal the filling inside.

Egg Wash: Place the rolled croissants onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a golden color during baking.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Cool and Serve: Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
