Ingredients

1 can refrigerated croissant dough (8 ounces)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Cooking spray or parchment paper (for baking)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with cooking spray.

Prepare the Croissant Dough: Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.

Add Filling: On the wider end of each triangle, sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, then add a few slices of pepperoni (about 3-4 pieces). Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning over the cheese and pepperoni.

Roll the Croissants: Starting from the wider end, carefully roll up each triangle toward the point to form a croissant shape. Place the rolls on your prepared baking sheet.

Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the egg with a fork. Brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the egg wash to give them a nice golden color while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
