  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil and cook the fettuccine until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pot over medium-high heat, season steak with salt and pepper, and sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  • Remove the steak from the pot and set aside, then reduce heat to medium and add remaining butter.
  • Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the pot, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in beef broth, bring to a gentle simmer, then stir in heavy cream and add halved cherry tomatoes.
  • Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly, then add cooked fettuccine, seared steak, and spinach.
  • Toss gently until pasta is coated and spinach wilts, then stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  • Transfer to serving plates and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
