1 large ripe orange, peeled and segmented

1 banana, frozen

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ice cubes (optional, for a colder shake)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the orange segments, frozen banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder.

    Add honey or maple syrup if desired, along with the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.

      Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Check the consistency, and if you prefer a thicker shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again until incorporated.

        Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.

          Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy immediately!
