2 large oranges, peeled and segmented

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla-flavored)

1/2 cup whipped cream

1/4 cup crushed pineapple, drained

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange segments and crushed pineapple. Stir gently to combine.

    Add the mini marshmallows to the bowl, mixing them in carefully to avoid breaking the orange segments.

      In a separate bowl, fold together the Greek yogurt, whipped cream, and honey (if using) until smooth and well combined.

        Gently pour the yogurt mixture over the orange and marshmallow mixture, and fold everything together until all the ingredients are well-coated.

          Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts (if using) for added texture.
