Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt in a bowl, then press into the pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, then add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Mix in sour cream and flour until just combined, then pour over the cooled crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
Whisk together brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla for the topping, then fold in chopped pecans.

Cool at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
