2 cups fresh pineapple juice

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

4 cups sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)

1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, lightly bruised

Pineapple slices and lemon wheels, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large pitcher, combine the fresh pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir well to mix.

    Add the sugar to the juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved. You can adjust the amount of sugar depending on your desired sweetness.

      Add the lightly bruised mint leaves to the pitcher for an aromatic touch. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to infuse the mint flavor.

        Just before serving, slowly add the sparkling water (or lemon-lime soda) to the pitcher and gently stir to combine.

          Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the Pineapple Lemonade Punch over the ice, and garnish with pineapple slices and lemon wheels.
