  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raspberry puree
  • Fresh raspberries for garnishing
  • Chopped pistachios for garnishing

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust by mixing ground pistachios, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of dome-shaped silicone molds and chill in the refrigerator.
